You can use the lavender eye patch whenever you need relaxation.

General Use:
Lie on your back, close your eyes, and place the eye patch over your eyes and relax.

Fomentation:
Place your eye patch over your heater for 10 minutes. This can help you relax before bed or after yoga.

Cold Compress:
Place your eye patch in its linen pouch and chill it in the refrigerator. Use it whenever you need to cool down or reduce puffiness around your eyes.

Migraine and Headache:
You can use a lavender eye patch to provide relief during migraines and headaches.

Yoga and Meditation:
It helps you focus on your body and breath during your yoga practice—especially in Shavasana pose—or during meditation.

Sleep Support:
You can have a more peaceful and restful sleep experience by using your lavender eye patch while sleeping.
You can wash the outer cover of the lavender eye patch at 30°C. It is recommended that you do not wash the inner lavender filling. Store your eye patch in a cool, dry place to ensure long-lasting use.

For a more intense lavender scent, gently squeeze your eye patch to release the aroma. Alternatively, add a few drops of lavender oil to the inside to freshen the scent and enhance its aromatherapy effect.
